When it comes to my toddler, I want the best (doesn't every mom?). Meal time can be tricky between finding delicious flavors, fun ways to eat, and making sure it's all healthy.
What I've found that works are meals that are colorful (veggies, fruit, nuts) and also bite sized! I don't know what it is about tiny foods, but toddlers seem to love things that are just their size!
Being new to the mom scene, I had no idea how to do meals. So, I bought a baby/toddler cookbook! (listed at the bottom)
This book is AWESOME! They have such great FUN and HEALTHY recipes for 0 months - 24 months! Along with little tip tidbits on what's important for meal time, etc.
We might not always have all the answers, but hopefully this post and book suggestion helps you in finding some ;)
