"Shirt clean this morning... Mysterious substances by the afternoon... Please, tell me it's not baby puke"
The everyday happenings of being a mom can definitely wear you down... It takes a lot of energy to entertain tiny humans all day long!
How do you unwind after they go to sleep?
Here's how I do:
- Go outside (weather permitting) and take in the night air 
- Say a prayer, thanking God for another day (no matter how stressful it may have been) 
- Take time to think through the day and prayerfully meditate on all the things that have happened (be careful to not overthink though!) 
I often find myself stressing over tiny things that I could have done better, I think a lot of moms do... If that's you, try to remember to just laugh at yourself and move on.
Life is too short to take anything too seriously - after all, no one gets out alive anyway ;)
